Ida was the perfect realtor for my fiancée and I for our first home purchase. After having the initial meeting with her, we knew she was the right realtor for us. Some of the best things about working with Ida is her determination, knowledge, and passion for what she does. Ida is very knowledgeable in real estate – both the process of buying a home and structural aspects as well. This was a key factor where Ida could help show us parts of homes that were great features, needed work, or led us to an automatic no. We never felt pressured or rushed to pursue a home until we found the one we wanted. We very highly recommend Ida, and if we ever have future home purchasing needs we will definitely reach out to her again!

Ida was an absolute delight to work with. She put in a great amount of time to understand exactly what I was looking for and my preferences – and kept me from making emotional offers that I would’ve later regretted. She was very responsive, and proactively scheduled appointments at homes that she knew I’d love. She truly went above and beyond and I am grateful I chose her. In a crazy market, she was able to negotiate with the sellers and secured a cute house for far under my budget. Ida was fantastic during every step of my home selling process. I had never sold a house before and she walked me through the expectations and timelines with professionalism. She had an answer for every question I had and was always very responsive. She anticipated many of my questions and was very proactive in ensuring everything was in order for a smooth process. I never had any doubt that I was in the most capable hands. She was very knowledgable on local market conditions and set me up for success in selling my home. She arranged for an interior designer to offer advice on the best ways to arrange furniture and affordable or free ways to make my home more appealing to buyers. She also arranged for a professional photographer to take pictures that would entice buyers. These efforts led to a very successful open house and many showings of the home. When offers started rolling in Ida patiently explained to me all of the conditions and offered expert advice on the best way to proceed. Ultimately my house sold quickly and at a price I was very happy with! I will be confidently referring Ida to anyone who is looking to sell their home.

Ida was fantastic! There should be a game-show where contestants have to find a better realtor than Ida. There would be no winners. Not even close. She know the south city area better than anyone I came across. Not to mention her incredibly upbeat personality and infectious smile. She made the painful process of hunting, bidding, signing, and closing really fun. She knows all of the do’s and don’ts for different houses and situations. She will NEVER pressure you into purchasing something that you aren’t 100% on. She even took us away from some houses that had red flags. She is the best. Period. Do yourself a favor and hit her up. My only regret was not finding her sooner.

When you work with Ida Karimov to find your new house, you notice quickly that she’s looking for more than a structure and land that will meet your needs, she’s trying to find you a new home. She takes the time to get to know you and understand why you are looking for all your particular needs. She has an extremely high level of knowledge concerning land, foundations, the above ground construction, neighborhoods, and even the builders themselves. This is very helpful when you’re new to the area as my wife and I are. Her attention to every detail really made the whole home buying experience very smooth, and less stressful.

Ida is always going the extra mile for her customers. Because of distance, my wife and I weren’t able to personally visit a lot of the potential properties Ida had found. Ida would go to them by herself and make videos of the visits (sometimes Facetime showings as well), complete with helpful comments on what she sees, and explanations why these observations are important.
